Lindor wins it this year - and every year........the gold gloves are lost not really won. once a guy wins it, it seems he wins it each year after that. Simmons is incredible. So is Lindor. Could built a team around either one of them. Lindor - like several Cleveland players this year -- is having an incredible season with the bat and always with the glove.

Trout hit a rocket -- unfortunately right where the 2B was positioned.

unfortunately, Francisco Lindor -- another SS who is having an incredible season with his own incredible team -- will probably get the Gold Glove at SS again this year. Not that Lindor is not worthy - A. Simmons got a gold glove with Atlanta and had he stayed in the NL would probably have three by now. I think Andrelton Simmons play at SS this year and ever since he came over to the Halos has been nothing short of spectacular. And, yes, he has that great arm that really places him atop the heap as the best defensive SS in either league.

i would keep Verlander in next inning.........and have him start the inning at least.

Cleveland unreal right now. Cleveland- Houston in ALCS? Washington - Chicago in NLCS? Dodgers sure are tanking at the wrong time. I think Kershaw is beating SF tonight. But geez. Cleveland is just unstoppable........Houston seems like a team of destiny. Washington has healthy starters finally and tough but seem to have the best team that falls short. Dodgers need to get out their funk -- it's going to lead to a first round exit.........they must be hoping against hope that St. Louis does not make the playoffs.

I gave him an "A" -- I think he's very good and enjoy his call of the game. I also like Terry Smith - tend to listen to a fair number of the radio broadcasts on the MLB At Bat app. Guby is OK. Langston a bit weak. overall, I think I think we have a pretty solid broadcast effort.

red -- i think it was a mariner's cap -- back when kids were huge fans of ken griffey jr. as all kids were. pretty much like Trout today. good memory Red. by the way - this season is the first one in I don't know how many years that I did not attend even one MLB game. Busy year. I was going to go to the Cards-SF game at AT&T this past weekend but things happened and cancelled the trip.

who were the guys who got into it in the Halos dugout? that would have been Alex Johnson and Chico Ruiz.........I think both are no longer with us.......(well, I might say they're really with the Halos now, but with those guys, not sure).
