I cannot believe the walks in this game. where has all the pitching in MLB gone??? I don't think guys like Gibson and Koufax can watch MLB games these days -------

4-A player -- oh well. you know what I meant.

EY Jr. a sort of a 5-A player these days.......but GEEZ. he plays hard. works at it. we need to find a roster spot for him -- all season. as long as he doesn't lose a step on the base paths.

great AB by EY Jr. he battled the pitcher all the way -- and had he walked -- he would have earned it. base hit - two runs. only problem now is that our pen has to get three outs.

I'd shut down Ohtani on the mound for 2018? why risk it? Halos not going anywhere in the standings.

EY JR -- let's go. base hit scores two.

Stradling -- true as it turned out - but it avoids the double play ball and would likely have meant a ground ball scores a run (with Ohtani at third -- not going to nail him at the plate unless it's a sharp groundball right at the infielder). and the hitter should have put the ball in play rather than looking a CALLED strike three.
