Kings are putting the puck on net -- taking shots -- attacking the zone --- all good stuff. Rangers had the game won in OT --puck appeared to get past Quick but hit the top of the post it seemed.....I thought it was the game winner.....

OT not a bad thing for the Kings........Hamiltown you certainly are in the right place -- has to be exciting down there..... this will end quickly..........hopefully the celebration will start immediately and the CUP will be hoisted.......

I don't see this Pujols thing about a frustrated player not wanting to come out (despite the fact that his base running the past series or two has cost the Angels) for a pinch runner comes anywhere close to Guillen's antics back then.........

I thought the Jose Guillen banished from the team thing for his antics in showing up Mike S. was a real high point for the Halos and defined the kind of organization that Arte wanted his team to be. About the same time, the Dodgers had that Milton Bradley going into the stands to fight a fan incident and I think the Dogs may have sat him down for a game or two, the league may have suspended him or something or threatened to.......not sure...... thought the contrast between the way the Halos handled the Guillen incident (he never wore an Angels uniform again and was actually having a pretty good season stat wise) versus the Dogs looking the other way with more egregious incident (than Guillen's antic) by Milton Bradley.........it really defined the difference between the two franchises......... am sure the current Dodger ownership would have handled the matter differently.

OT!! Of course........looked like Muzzin had the game winner there but it was NOT to be. Kings-Rangers in OT -- OF COURSE!!!

wow , Hamiltown , you're with the big boys there ----Roski should be able to navigate around the LA Coliseum board/ crowd theses days.......IMO they are the ones who have blocked a downtown stadium for too long....... ideally, IMO, the football stadium would go out at Chavez Ravine and the Dodgers would move to a downtown LA baseball only park.

CanadianHalo -- agree that with the team as presently constituted and the line up we've been seeing, that's where the Halos are headed. Make playoffs as one of the Wlld Card teams and end up going home after the one game playoff......

Braves have pretty good pitching.........Harang is more of a journeyman these days but can pitch a decent/ gem of a game from time to time. bad news at Staples -- Rangers score a short-handed goal on a sloppy Kings turn-over and lead 2-1 . Second period just ended.

NY Rangers not getting a lot of shots but seem to be getting some pretty good looks/ opps with the shots they've been getting. Quick has just come up huge on a couple of the stops here.......
