Gray has been pretty good most of the season -- slumped a bit in the second half with the A's slump but has had some decent starts (against us I think). hey, we're not doing much tonight on offense and are still up 1 to 0. great play by Kendrick there.

Dogs 3, Giants 0 as the Latrine........Giants announced today that their spark plug OF, Pagan is out for the season (back surgery) and will miss the playoffs. you think the A's record without Cespedes on the team and in the line up is BAD, you should check the Giants record when Pagan is on the DL and out of the line up. night and day. Pagan, not great stats, but really gets the otherwise weak Giants offense going.........Giants, despite, their pitching, could be Wild Card one and done.

Trout will be MVP -- because who else is even close?? but if it were close (sort of like last year) -- the high number of K's would cost him votes and perhaps the award.

hey, folks -- I can't watch this ---I'll read what happens in the box score in tomorrow's paper..... wait? do they still have the box scores in the paper? seems less and less lately. actually, what I find to be a travesty is that I can't pick up the local daily paper(s) (Not the LA TIMES) and they won't have the MLB standings in the paper..........I mean, all my life the one thing one can count on in the paper is the baseball standings..........NOPE.........society's obviously gone to heck.......... g'night all.........
