Season 2 kicked off last night. One hell of a start to season 2. Loved it! James Spader continues to amaze. One of my favorite characters on tv in a long, long time. I know there are a few other Blacklisters on here. What did you think? Loved the cameos tonight. They're getting some nice high profile celebs to join in.

Also, Alfred is a dick in this version.

Checked out the pilot of this last night. Not too bad. Still think it'll be hard to pull this show off without Batman in it. Thought the dude from the OC was good as Gordon though. The Grounded For Life guy seems like a douche but interesting.

Went to Ducks camp today. Such a cool experience. Standouts were Karlsson and Rakell imo. These two are fighting for that 4th line C spot and you can tell they both really want it. Awesome to see. Got to take a look at Heatley with the twins. He has the speed to roll with them from the looks of it, but I'm still iffy. Obviously its going to take him a bit to adjust and get used to this team. Kesler and Maroon were bosses too. VERY impressed with Maroon's improved speed and hands. Silfverberg looked great out there too. Not much to complain about honestly. Our defense looks like they need to get on the pace of the forwards though.

Anyone else going to the camp tomorrow?

I got a cool photo of him too. I also got his beer can after he tossed it right at me. Most of the beer got all over me. Was really sad it was Bud Light later on.

Teemu had absolutely no business being on the ice in 2013-14. Only reason he even made the them was cus of his name.

Worked perfectly for me last night. Was watching the A's/Rangers on my phone between innings.

Honestly, I'm on Bruce's side on this. Just because you're Teemu Selanne it doesn't mean you should be guaranteed playing time. Teemu sucked out loud this past season and got the minutes he played cus of it. His retirement night is going to be a lot more interesting now.

Weaver's track record on 3 days rest is awful. I wouldn't want that. I'd bite the bullet and go with CJ/Santiago in 3/4. Yank them early and win with the pen if they struggle.

Ducks swept the SJS/ANA rookie scrimmage series. From what I heard, Karlsson and Kerdiles were the stars of the games. Both should crack the roster at some point this season.

So damn frustrating that this team continues to blow it year after year by losing to teams they should beat no problem.
