I do agree that Bruce could make a counter move when he sees guys like Getzlaf playing like crap. He moved Kesler up with Perry and Maroon for a while. At this point though, it is what it is. No one really wants it out there. Only so much you can do when your team doesn't have anywhere near the intensity of the opponent.

I don't get the coaching blame. I really don't. Getzlaf has been absolute shit. if he's as good as he's supposed to be it shouldn't really matter who he goes up against. He's been CRAP. Our entire D core has been crap. No fire, no passion. Just really disheartening.

I do agree that any talk of firing BB is insane. He got us to the following round year after year. We're improving with a young overall team. What else can you ask from the guy? There's only so much a coach can do. It does come down to the players once its all said and done. Before the season started I wanted at minimum a WCF appearance. Anything else is playing with house money. I thought the 2015-16 season would be our true golden year. All the kids a year older with another year of playoff experience under their belts. Obviously, I know we're a Cup caliber team. The West is stacked. 12 teams that were all within contention of a playoff spot. Whoever said the West is like the NBA East is waaaay off. The thing that angers me the most is that it after 2 years of absolutely having our hearts ripped out it feels like the players haven't leaned and haven't gotten that hunger/passion to push them over the top. Of course, we still have a game to play Saturday and they may (and hope) make me eat crow and prove me wrong. Just really hope our defense cleans up their act and we can FINALLY play a full 60 minute game. None of this 20 minute run followed by 40 minute prevent defense. I know this team is capable of absolutely destroying any team they play. Its whether they show up or not.

Elite at 35? They have 2 years of their primes left at most honestly. They'll still be great but not at where they're at now.

I somewhat disagree with this. Sure, we have a stable of young talent in the system but most of the stars with All-Star potential are all Defenseman. Ritchie is the only forward prospect with that type of potential and even he isn't projected to be a Getzlaf/Perry caliber player. Obviously there is free agency and trades that we can't take into effect yet but I do think our peek is closing. These next 2 seasons will be our best chances. The Twins aren't getting any younger even though the rest of the team is.

Bruce isn't going anywhere. No other options out there. Babcock is gone. Bylsma in Buffalo. Who are we going to bring in? Torts? Simply no options right now. If we would've lost to Calgary I could see it but we technically have improved from last season.. Obviously is it tough to see so much potential from the team at points in the game and just can't put together a full 60 minute effort. Can Bruce or another coach really control that though?

Glad I stayed away from here during that blowup. It would've been ugly lol. This team is so damn disappointing. Close to blowing a 3-2 lead and losing Game 7 at home for the 3rd straight year lol. Getzlaf and Perry were absolute trash tonight. Stoner, Vatanen, Beauch, and Hampus all shit. Nobody played with any intensity until the 3rd. It is what it is though. I'm banning myself from Game 7. I refuse to be there again for another potential Game 7 massacre. Hoping for the best but we'll see.

I've never tried that. There are parking lots all around Angel Stadium where you can park. Game is at 5, Halos at 7. Might actually be cheaper to park at the stadium parking lot and walk versus one of the side places. I've also parked in the lot where the Stubhub building is. Usually $10 for playoffs.

No where. There won't be a Game 7. IF there is one, I like to park in the Tilted Kilt parking lot. Its free and sure they have "security" but as long as you walk around the front side of the Kilt they have no idea where you're coming from.

I'll be the first to admit that I absolutely blew a fuse last night on Twitter. I went full retard. Never go full retard. That 2nd period was absolute shit. Then the back to back Toews goals just sent me into a fury. Clearly overreacted. The past 2 seasons have been such a punch to the gut that seeing a 4-2 lead blown in 5 minutes was like having war flashbacks. This team does look different than the past. They come right back and respond. Lets hope we finish this tomorrow.
