Yup. That pitch was right down the pipe. If he knew Ward was running (which he should have) he absolutely should have clobbered that pitch.

Apparently it does, Ward was out by a mile. I'm fine with them being aggressive, I just think situationally, he should have waited deeper in the count, maybe run on an offspeed pitch, when they weren't expecting it.
