    If by saying "that's kind of the idea" or "isn't that a good thing?" you mean you support the idea that Batman/Bruce Wayne could be played by Pauly Shore or Drew Carrey because nobody would buy them as Batman or Bruce Wayne either, NO. No it isn't to either of them. Hated it because they were too perfect? No doubt you are the minority. Perhaps you prefer the nipple-bat-suit version?

    You can find as many draw ups as you want want, with a Batman mask on *shock* almost anybody can look like Batman. The point is once the mask is off nobody's gonna buy that Affleck is Batman.

    Well for one Christopher Nolan knows what the hell he's doing. Affleck is no Ledger. This movie is now what I'd like to call "Throwing Ben Affleck a bone"

    My buddy who goes to Angel games with me (and agrees they've stunk the past 3+ years) was talking about the Dodgers cause they're "doing good," he said he liked listening to Vin Scully. I enjoy Vin as well, but immediately all I could think was here comes the bandwagon... They'll screw it up, I told him. They always do...

    Why would you want him to gain weight? Have you seen his homers this year? Guys still got tremendous power when he gets a hold of one. Nice easy swing too. He just needs to be better at swinging at pitches in the strike zone, but lets be honest he's getting his guaranteed moolah now so I'm sure he could care less.

    Hit the nail on the head. For a guy that's been in the big leagues so long he sure makes a lot of boneheaded mistakes, some of which have come at the worst possible times.

    For how incredibly basic it is, bunting is a crap load more important that a lot of people give it credit for. Just look at all the times Aybar has effed it up and cost us games.

    I was thinking, I'm in my late 20s, and this is probably the worst season of Angels baseball I've ever been through. Yeah there was a meltdown in '95, but atleast the team was *GOOD* for a portion of the season. Terry mentioned on the radio today this is the first time since 1999 that the Angels have had this many losses so quickly in the season. That explained it.
