Kinda sorta sure they wouldn't let someone bring a letter opener on the plane... Not really. It's more just the shit I hear about. Things I've seen to others. It's the attitudes I've encountered. I've flown dozens upon dozens of times and have had minor problems here or there, but nothing that stands out. Actually, I am. It's one thing to vent on a forum, but when I'm walking up to that line I'm not going to **** around with any of those guys. It's like ****ing with cops, never do it, because it's just never going to end well. Just something you have to accept. Behave and avoid confrontation at all costs and you mostly won't have problems. I'm just not a fan of the superiority, talk down to you complex. When they're jerks to people who are completely innocent, there's really no reason for it.

In this instance not talking about a fancy mexican restaurant where it's pricier, cleaner, and you can kinda tell the seafood will be decent to above average quality, this is more about the dumpy hole in the wall places (which being a native Californian is completely normal and typical) that do the meat and other things fairly well. I walked into a dumpy mexican restaurant a couple weeks ago to get some carne, and right off the bat it smelled funky. Took a look at the menu, and realized I walked into a marisco. Mexican seafood? No f**kin thanks. I walked right out. Why anyone would eat seafood at a dumpy mexican joint is beyond me, it just doesn't add up, you're just asking to eat bad old seafood and quite possibly get sick. I'll take the carne asada, chicken, or carnitas, but beyond that count me out. There's just some things some cultures do right at their restaurants, and seafood is most definitely not one of them.

I am so sick and tired of seeing this kind of crap continue to happen. Abysmal. Much better ways to handle this situation, whether she was "under arrest" or not.

Because they deal with far FAR fewer people than those at say LAX, and the few people they do deal with at LB are in a much better mood because they can get from the car through security, at the gate in 10 minutes. However f*** asshole TSA people at any airport. Those f***ers should be thanking god they have a job, because they're pretty much useless anywhere else you'd place them. If they weren't searching bags or checking ID's for TSA they'd be asking "Would you like to combo that?" instead. Low lifes living in a fantasyland where they think they're cool because they have a superiority complex and get to do it at an airport. They have absolutely ZERO reason to be the pieces of sh*t they are. Especially towards innocent flyers who just want to be left alone and have a pleasant experience. You'd think the airlines would have a say in the matter, for example getting rid of agents who have complaints against them, considering it's the first impression a flyer gets before they're even on the plane. Maybe it's such a shitty job nobody wants to do it, and that's why there's a nail laced baseball bat up their wazoos.

I hate drinking before having sex. It's like getting drunk, then going to the gym to work out. Now if she wants to drink before we do it, that's fine with me, usually makes them a bit kinkier. I don't need to last longer than I do, that's for sure.

I have a bad feeling the Mets bats will not be enough, and the Royals will figure out Mets pitching. That being said, I hope they take it from the Royals. 0-2 in consecutive WS appearences would be a nice, Ranger-esque kinda jab.

I was referring to taking flights in general, not solely a trip from OC to Vegas. I guess I'm easy going on planes. I bring some shots of tequilla, pop a melatonin, put on my studio ear muffs, and pass out for basically the entirety of the flight listening to music. These things do wonders for cutting out a huge majority of the noise on planes. Also, Roller Coaster Tycoon is a great way to pass the time (Roller Coaster nerd in me). Before you know it 4 hours have gone by, you've got a killer amusement park, and you're about to land.

Never taken JetBlue, but a payraise is on the way, and yes I have considered it before, especially going from OC to Vegas. However like others mentioned, it always seems at least double or more expensive for the ticket and, well, I'm not a 6 foot tall guy so I'm not exactly completely miserable saving some alcohol money to sit in with the general public for a couple hours. Long Beach Airport is the shit and one of those last few gems in the local area that hasn't been destroyed by overpopulation or mexicans (that's for Cal). Basically, it takes you 5 minutes to drop or pick someone up because there's no traffic, and then getting on the plane is super laid back, and you literally walk on the tarmac to get on or off the plane like the President does. Super basic, simple, and the place hasn't really changed in decades. Once dealing with Long Beach, LAX is like a huge razored dildo up the wazoo.
