  1. BTW anyone that doesn't like Escobar on our team is crazy. Dude's hitting over .300, is legit at third, and just pulled the most bullshit foul tip bluff I've ever seen in my life.
  2. lol Suzuki watches a fat salami up and in the middle of the plate that he shoulda put over the fence, then takes a half ass stroke at the junk down, and it goes straight to the shortstop. Bad form, Mr. Smee. I actually am a Suzuki fan, being how he is a former Titan. Jeez la weez they still play buttercup?
  3. If anyone can give it up, it's the Halos. Against the Twins though? Doubtful. Gubi is UNBEARABLY TERRIBLE at color commentating. Borderline torture. Where's the dude that was in for Victor Rojas a couple days ago?
  4. Gotta enjoy games like this. They're rare these days. SAVE SOME RUNS FOR FRIDAY SHEESH!
  5. Honestly with his personality, in how he took less money to stay here, and his realization that he just can't compete like he used to, I think he will retire. I don't understand how his velocity dropped so rapidly. You think it's something they could fix. But sadly that doesn't seem to be the case.
  6. ^How on earth can you say that about Ichiro? Am I missing a joke somewhere? This is what he said when asked about the record: "I would be happy if people covered it or wrote about it,’’ Suzuki told USA TODAY Sports, “but I really would not care if it wasn’t a big deal. To be quite honest, I’m just going out and doing what I do. What I care about is my teammates and people close to me celebrating it together, that’s what’s most important to me.’’ It's a shame he wasn't in the MLB longer. Class act, humble, approached each at bat just looking for a hit, had speed, a glove and a CANNON for an arm. The Angels no doubt would have been a much better team with Ichiro on their team. But in no way should his hits beside the MLB count. It opens up too many other scenarios.
  7. Wow. I don't know how you do it. Let's say a game is 3 hours long, you've spent 33 hours physically going and watching Angels baseball this season. I don't think my combined watching and/or listening is even half of that. I usually check my At-Bat Gameday every night, though, and watch the videos.
  8. I'm not really sure Wilson would be much better. Nips Nibbler was very tough to watch last season. I also can't believe how many players we've been paying the past couple season who aren't even actually playing.
  9. I don't remember the Angels being this terrible since some time in the 90's.
  10. Not to mention our offensive innings last, like, a minute and a half.
  11. Exactly. I mean it's one thing if these guys are playing good fundamentally sound baseball but losing. This is like watching a little league game and it's not even entertaining.
  12. Just not by Terry. I dunno, that homer looked like a line drive, leaving the park quickly. If it was a floater Trout would have at least tried to get that homer.
  13. Dude what the actual f***? Are these guys major league players or what? This is blatantly becoming an organizational problem and not a team problem. Do they not know how to teach these guys fundamental baseball? It's embarrassing. I can't believe names like Pujols and Trout have to play with these asshats.
  14. I can't believe people are actually paying money and spending time to go to the stadium and watch this team play.
  15. This teams horrible execution of bunts pisses me off to no end. It's one of the easiest things in baseball to do, and for some reason we can't seem to get the knack of it.
  16. It's painful to listen or watch the team play, so yes, my following this team has decreased dramatically. I find it hard to even check the score sometimes. If the games were close, or if they were known to fight back it might be different, but already in June it's like they're going through the motions like pretty much every Angel team for what seems like the past half a decade now.
  17. Weaver threw that one right down the freakin' middle. The pitch was supposed to be down and out. He looks defeated out there, no doubt. Kinda feel sorry for the guy. I'm guessing this will be his last season, he will probably force himself to retire after this year.
  18. At this rate the season will be over by the time August rolls around...
  19. Yeah I know it's the game but it's pretty bullshit how the guy throws 8 innings scoreless, Street can't hold it for 3 outs, then ends up getting the win. By the way, whoever was commentating with Stupi Gubi I enjoyed immensely more than Rojas in the video clips I saw in the MLB Gameday Recap. Rojas is so boring and mundayne, and Gubi is unbearable. At least the new guy has some excitement in his voice. Gubi needs to be dumped. Such boring fundamental bologna nobody gives a crap about and he goes on and on it really is absurd.
  20. You get an injury! And you get an injury! Everybody gets an injury!
  21. "Oh wow, it's 7:20 the Angels game has started." "Going to the bottom of the first Angels down 4 to nothing..." "GAWD DAMMIT!"
