  1. Error, passed ball, wild pitch. Jesus christ how do these guys put on their uniforms and walk out on the baseball field every day...
  2. Strikeouts with RISP continue to plague this team. Especially frustrating with runners on 3rd. With 1 out they literally just need to get the bat on the ball.
  3. I miss them, I really like Langston cause he tends to keep it real. I should listen to the audio feeds more often.
  4. I don't think I'm alone in saying, considering the expectations with having Trout and Ohtani, this is probably the lowest point I've seen the team in the 25 years I've been watching them.
  5. What is the timeline for Fletcher? I feel like I haven't heard much about him around here, is he going to be making an appearance before the end of the season? I don't even remember how he got hurt again.
  6. They wish! Did you see the open a month or two ago where the 2 guys in the bunker both holed the ball one right after eachother? I happened to be watching that live and was like holy shit that was awesome.
  7. I don't, thanks for looking out. Older I get and more I play, I actually enjoy watching golf.
  8. I think based of his short history with us it would be a bit absurd to expect Rendon to be healthy for any long stretch of time during the remainder of his time with us. Dude is injury prone and getting older. You can't rely on him to be playing the entire time. Unfortunately we're stuck with him and it's going to hurt the team.
  9. Seriously screw these assholes. I paid for MLB.tv and I'm out of market and I still get blocked what seems to be on average once a week. Fine with me I'm sick of the Angels ruining my day I can sit this one out and mow my fresh green healthy lawn.
  10. Exactly. They've obviously shown over the past decade that they're absolutely inept at recognizing talent so who gives a shit.
  11. What I can't believe is that asshole Iglesias lost the game for us, again! OH WAIT NO, once again it was a lack of situational hitting and a terrible approach at the plate. If I'm this embarrassed about watching this team it must be unbearable to show up to that clubhouse day in day out just to spend 5, 6, 7 hours a day with a bunch of losers. This team sucks ass and there shouldn't be one son of a bitch in that dugout smiling, but then I hear a Trout interview like there's a party in the clubhouse, and that kind of shit doesn't turn things around anytime soon. I'm most frustrated because nobody on this team seems to want to do anything about being losers, they are a complete embarrasment at this point.
  12. I'm talking about the overall scope of the team. Your post reminds me of some of the posters around here who rag on Trout when he has a rough streak, or doesn't hit a homer every time we need it (see quoted poster below), and the fact is Trout is not the problem of this team. Yes, Iglesias blew it tonight but that happens, he consistently comes through for us, and he can't be perfect every time. Iglesias is quite frankly, not the problem of this team either. IMO he had a rough outing, but he looked good out there. He was battling, he didn't walk anybody, had 2 strike counts on every batter he faced. The O's just did what the Angel's don't do, and is exactly what our problem is which has gotten us to where we are today: they made good contact with runners in scoring position. And when you do that good things happen. You really don't know how to do anything but spew a bunch of dumb bullshit, do you? With all due respect...which ain't much.
  13. While our bullpen should most definitely be held accountable for not being able to hold a lead, Iglesias has saved 15 of 18, he typically gets it done, and not someone I'm concerned with. It's really our clutch hitting that is absolutely abysmal, we should have had 5, 6 runs in this game. How many times do we get runners in scoring position with 1 or 0 outs and leave those guys on base? It happens constantly. The approach for the entire team in those situations is embarrassing. They either strike out or have terrible contact ending with weak infield ground balls or pop ups that don't advance or score the runners. Terrible fundamental approach at the plate with a lack of fundamental hitting. Half assed contact in sacrifice situations. Watching or swinging through pitches down the pipe for strikeouts. These things destroy the foundation of a succesful offense, and we have all of it.
  14. Man fuck this field and its left field dimensions. Probably robbed 3-4 homers from us in the first 2 games of this series alone.
  15. Runner on 3rd base. Anyone wanna guess what happened to end the inning?
  16. Runner on 1st and 2nd, 1 out. Angel's offense: Nope.
  17. Matty V: This is not a review by the Angels. Why would it be, Matt?
  18. Something something typical Marsh something something whiffing at a ball for strike 3...
  19. RISP is poison for this offense. Runner on 3rd 1 out and these bums can't even manage a sac fly.
