    No that comparison is more appropriate for Blanton. For Hamilton and Pujols. It's like we went out to Trick or Treat, got a bag full of candy. Only to find out we are diabetic and can't eat any of it.

    Remember Glaus always had that problem also. Some days the contacts would work great, sometimes they would just bug him. And I think as long as he was with the Angels, he refused to get laser surgery. Which is kind of understandable, since it was in it's infancy back then, and no way would I want them cutting into my eyes. Anyone know if Trumbo wears contacts?

    I don't get this. Padres will trade Stites who has a sub 1.00 WHIP and a 2.08 ERA as a reliever in AA. And Thatcher a 1.07 WHIP, 2.10 ERA reliever in 50 starts 30 innings this season. And a competitive balance draft pick. For Ian Kennedy?
