    You should really research what relievers make. 4/5 million for a long reliever is stupid overpaying.

    Angels could offer him a 3/$7. And he may just take it. It's a bit of an overpay by the Angels. But it would lock up a question mark on the roster. And I'd rather have him as long relief than Blanton. This would be paying extra so that Blanton isn't on the team, and I'm fine with that.

    Yanks have an easy path also. At least easier than the Rangers or Rays. I wouldn't mind the Indians making it. Just don't want the Yanks getting in.

    I'd rather see the A's and Rangers representing the AL West than the Yankees. Tank the games Scioscia.

    Williams should be the long reliever next season. And if someone gets injured, he could fill in well for a few games. He will still be an important part of the Angels 2014.

    6 against Oakland, 4 against Texas, and 3 against Seattle. It would be nice if they went 9-4. But I think 3 of 3 from Seattle. And 3 of 10 from Oakland and Texas. Oakland and Texas are still playing for something. They are playing for something, where the Angels may rest vets, and see what some of these youngins can do to help get an advanced look for next spring.

    I see a lot of hail mary's from the third line. The defense can just clear the zone to the other blue line and tell Etem and Cogs to fetch. Then go straight to the bench when they score.
