    One article I read, that I can't find anymore, said that the Feds might put Bosch on the stand and under oath ask him for names. Probably as some sort of plea agreement to reduce his sentence. I can see round 2 of Congress also occurring because of this.

    When a quote says that it's a strain, then follows it up by "fully expects to pitch again this season", it doesn't fill me with optimism that it's just a minor strain. I'm probably reading too much into it.

    If I remember right, and to add to what Strad said. Say a guy like Lee is put on waivers. And the Angels are the only team to put a claim in. The Phillies could just say F it, and tell the Angels to take him, and the Angels would be on the hook for his entire remaining salary. I think this happened with Rios. Although a trade was made, it was esentially a full dump.
