    Yeah, six flags lost it's charm a while ago for me. Too much of the gang/macho mentality there. Is sad to see Colosus go down though. That used to be the ride. But you just have to wonder, how termite ridden that thing is.

    Yes, I was very drunk that night. And I met him a few weeks after that night, at summer fanfest. And we talked, I apologized, and it's been water under the bridge. Anyways, anyone have the James Bond Collection on DVD? And a portable DVD player/screen? Seems to be the only movies he liked, and that will keep him occupied.

    If you think american racing is stupid. You should see some clips from Europe's road racing. Not only are the drivers nuts, but the fans are just as nuts.

    Talking about Asia. But Japanese/Korean pitchers might be a cheaper alternative to Shields, Lester, Sherzer. Granted, they won't be at that high of a level. But so far this year, Maeda is at a 9-5 with a 2.29 ERA and 1.09 WHIP. With how Tanaka has gone down. It might lower the prices of the foreign players.

    The strategy of signing Pujols/Hamilton type contracts is fine, for complementing players you have now. As long as you don't later say, oh yeah, you have a budget, and can't go over the CBT.

    Nascar, F1, Cart, and the minor leagues should have had rules in place a long time ago. You leave your car after an accident or you don't go directly to the nearest wall or safety safari dude, and instead do some type of macho thing, then you get a one month suspension with no replacement driver for your car. That would stop this type of behavior in it's tracks.

    Asians know how to drift. It's you white boys that drive the same regardless of conditions. Then again, some Asians also like to drift on asphalt also. Which explains the 3 lane right turns.

    In drifting, you normally only have front brakes. In a turn, you tap those brakes, and push the gas in order to get the rear wheels pushing you around the turn. If at the end of that turn, you have some moron walking in the middle of the track, while at full speed, your only options are gun it and hope you can increase the turn. Or Brake, and flip killing yourself and the moron walking in the middle of the track.
