It already passed for hotel workers in Los Angeles. But I think it was only large hotels, where under so many rooms were exempt.

Actually I put a new theory before you. This is supposed to help those that are paid minimum wage right? The $15 increase. So if you were hiring someone. Who would you hire for $31,200 a year? person A. Who has no skills. Can't count. Pretty much who you had working for you for $8 an hour. Person B. fresh out of college. Can't find a job, because there are no paying jobs. person C. Guy who is out of work, because he got too expensive. Can't find anything in the middle management area, because there are no more middle management jobs. I'll even throw in person D. The sous chef's and out of cullinary school chefs and line chefs that make minimum wage. The person A's think this $15 an hour is a blessing. Until they find out that at $15 an hour, they will have competition for those jobs. And they will stand no chance at the competition for those jobs that are coming their way.

Odd, I thought they signed an agreement a short while ago. I hope it's enough so that the Ducks can start making a profit. While I love the owners of the Ducks, it's not right that they are shelling out a few million for the Ducks to keep them even.

Card skimmers are a big problem in the US also. Funny thing is, the EU I think has much better credit card systems, since I believe their cards all have chips in them. So skimming is probably mainly targetting US tourists, since they know they won't be back home to check anytime soon.

That is also part of the problem. Many of these people are not adults, but kids that their parents hired coyotes to smuggle across the border, because they know that the US will take better care of them. And these are the worst things for the US. Because hey boo hoo hoo, they are kids, we can't send them back. And if we keep them here, until they turn 18, we the taxpayers have to pay everything for them, since their parents are no where to be found. At least illegals that are families, you can count on some tax revenue coming in. Whether it be sales, possibly even income or property taxes. But these abandoned kids are nothing but a money pit.

You know the system is ****ed when it's easier to become legal illegally, than legally.
