  1. Exxon profit sags on oil price drop, but taxes, Venezuela ruling help Only earned 6.57 billion, which is a drop from the 8.35 billion they earned a year ago.
  2. I believe the second part is the big snickers commercial, since it has two of them. http://youtu.be/RasdnWfPC_E Here you go Nate. http://youtu.be/z5aHeUg0BIk Also, the Skittles one was kind of fun. http://youtu.be/FSwJdlmOBc8
  3. The Pac Man commercial looked fun. Btw. What did everyone think of the halftime show? I thought it was very innovative. Don't know if that is her usual type of gig. But the special effects got me. And it's just amazing how many of her songs I have actually heard before, since I don't really listen to music much.
  4. There were a lot of bad one's. Thankfully, I don't remember any of them. The Draft pick was very good. http://youtu.be/ih_iLjenftw And Liam was good. http://youtu.be/qUU69Vk0ZBI And just for the heck of it. A superbowl commercial that wasn't shown. You are welcome. http://youtu.be/mek_LXD9aTE
  5. So, leaving a loaded and probably cocked gun in a purse. Is it the sign of a neglectful mother? Or that the mother does not trust the father?
  6. Higher education is overrated. If Carroll actually learned anything at USC, it would have been student body left or student body right. Calling a slant when everyone is already bunched up at the line waiting for a pass. That is a fail.
  7. So, he needs pictures of these two for a case he's working on. Someone should tell SFPD of this new invention. It's called a mug shot. One day, maybe SFPD will take that of every person they arrest, and situations like this won't happen.
  8. But laws are one thing. If a cop doesn't know they have Miranda Rights, they should be sent to jump street.
  9. If it's like the LA Sports arena, then bottom level is where you want to be. I had season tickets to the first and only season the ice dogs were in LA at the sports arena. There were maybe 100 people a game, but it was cheap hockey. I had seats like 10 rows up behind the visitors penalty box. Which was perfect, since you could see action on both sides of the ice. I did not like glass seats, because it's hard to see action down the other end. And it was within shouting range of the penalty box. Heckling players was so much fun. lol. Best one was when a player named DePalma went to the box. You could guess the subject matter of the heckles. The high point is if they turn around and give you a stare. lol Best bet, is call them up for season seats. Get on the list. They usually go from top to bottom on the list. Go to the stadium and pick out your seats. Hopefully they will have the hockey rink all set up so you can see everything. But center ice, the glass isn't as tall. Make sure the boards aren't in the way of the goals. I prefer the penalty box side as opposed to the Bench side. You have a clearer view of line changes, and less of a chance of someone standing up blocking the view like a coach. Since the plexi isn't as high centerice, I was enough rows back so that I had a clear unobstructed view of both goals.
  10. Ducks grow SoCal hockey from ground up Very cool story about the Ducks and Samulei's giving back and trying to grow So Cal hockey.
  11. The one brother in blue had the look like. WTF, they just took away my attorney. Where is Al Sharpton? He should be all over this.
  12. Teacher on Cell Phone Gets Pepper-Sprayed By Police Officer Usually I'm on the side of cops. But in this case, man, WTF? So many stereotypes are popping into my head right now.
  13. This experiment should be over. Although I would not put it past the ducks to stick with Brys till the last set of back to backs, then call Gibson up for the stretch run and playoffs. Really, ATM, the only time Brys is going to see any time is in back to backs. And we only got 4 more of those left. I don't remember how hockey goes and playoffs. When you have to add people to the roster to make them qualified.
  14. I think I saw a slasher film with the exact same premise. Or was it a porn.
  15. Yeah probably. And the derby. Heck, I'm even going there for Superbowl.
  16. Arizona Officials Say Nearly 1,000 People May Have Been Exposed to Measles
  17. Something just occurred to me regarding the Inglewood location. Is it even possible to have a stadium built there now? I'm not talking about the Forum, or the now defunct Hollywood park. Because the environment back then and now are totally different. But the site is directly under the approach flight path to LAX. So you would have 50-70 thousand people directly underneath an approach flight path, where you can just about see the people in the plane as it flies over every few minutes. Wouldn't this be a major security problem?
  18. Deflate-gate triggers stat spat as analysts attempt to solve why Patriots don't fumble
  19. One thing about American Sniper. People are saying it's a American propoganda war film or whatever. I really came out of that movie with a different impression. While based on a person, I thought it was more about his mental health, than about war. After coming out of that movie, I got a better understanding of PTSD, and really how it affects veterans. Where as before the movie, I had doubts about the validity of PTSD. That's why I thought Bradley's performance was so good, because he sold what PTSD was. And it's a shame that this is just being buried over all the controversies.
  20. Nope. Tried doing a line with a $10, and it just doesn't feel the same as doing it with a C note.
