    Decks always look bigger when the bushes are trimmed around it. But a lot of it has to do with landscaping. Decks just don't look right with shoddy landscaping.

    There are 280 days where the parking lot is barely used. I think $10 a car on those days would work well. And if they want to park on gameday, whatever the rate is now.

    If I remember right. That area is where that industrial area was on the corner I think. I just don't understand why they don't have underground parking. I would think, with anything of significant height, you would have to have a deep foundation anyways.
