A 4-5 year deal in the $40-50 range adjusted for compensation would put it 4-5/$30-40 range. Or $8 a year. And thats approaching the Angels affordability index.

What if, the Angels were always gunning for Fowler. But know that time is on their side. So they are trying to wait him out till the pricetag comes down to under $10 a year? Probably not, but I'm bored.
