    It's not literally news... but another example of how conversations (or whatever you want to call it) about what the Angels are doing off the field rather than on it, tend to happen a little too frequently. It's a bad look, regardless.

    Unless a writer is doing a story on a player's life, I tend not to read any of them. I'm more likely to read a human-interest piece than an opinion piece. When I read game re-caps, I usually only read the quotes from the players or manager. I read Joe Poznanski and guys like him. Sam Miller is also great. The rest, I basically skip.

    I'm pleased with the results, but thought they should have won all 3. It was Oakland. Not going to get excited about it. Logan O'Hoppe was impressive, but I'm tempering my expectations. Starting pitching looked terrific, but again... it was Oakland. I'm looking forward to Rendon getting on track and putting an end to all the nonsense that gets posted here.
