  1. Just took a look at mlbtraderumors.com and there are multiple articles about teams looking to add pitching this off season. This isn't going to be easy....
  2. You Craig'd tank who is the king of craigs in this thread. Congratulations.
  3. Percy hasn't coached at UCR since 2020
  4. Alrighty then. Let's go! I really don't care one way or another, but the players who have worked with him seem to like him, so that's a big plus. I generally don't like to see guys being recycled, but I can see how this hire makes sense.

  6. The one thing that always cracks me up is when someone says (and Minasian said this), so and so (Trout in this case) knows his body. No kidding... In my opinion, Minasian gave standard answers, as would be expected with anyone in his position.
  7. Players with moxie. Check. Manager who can command the room. Check. Easy, peasy.
  8. Swordsman has transitioned from Nevin fan boy to full time troll. The sooner some of you realize that, the sooner you can ignore most of his posts.
  9. So... when is the chess match taking place, @Stradling and @Swordsman78?
  10. I'll lose a little respect for Ohtani if he signs with the Dodgers.
  11. I don't know if he'd be a good manager, but I like Torii Hunter, the man. I'd be fine with him.
  12. I've heard past teammates say Salmon had "Timmy vision." He was so focused on his own routine that he didn't always know the names of the guys in the bullpen. Or something along those lines. This was at an Awards dinner for him. I wasn't sure if they were just busting his balls or what.
  13. Former NBA player and North Carolina Tarheel, Walter Davis passed away at 69 years of age.
