I know people who swear by them. My problem with chiropractors is that people who use them, never seem to stop using them. They get an adjustment and then sometime later, they need another one. Seems like it's a never ending cycle. Seems like they should find a more permanent solution to whatever is causing their issues.

Foundations are created as a vehicle for philanthropy. Foundations are required to give away 10% of their assets every year. Rich people who want to benefit from "tax purposes" create Donor Advised Funds. DAFs are not required to distribute money on an annual basis. Nonprofits exist to serve the greater good... Wounded Warriors, City of Hope, St. Jude Children's Hospital, PBS, museums, The Nature Conservancy, etc. Rendon wants to serve veterans, not get a tax break. Charitable giving is rarely driven by tax purposes.
