  1. They also lead the league in runs scored... that helps.
  2. Confirmed... Mike DiGiovannaVerified account ‏@MikeDiGiovanna Shoemaker has very mild L oblique strain.
  3. Pedro Moura ‏@pedromoura "Very mild" left oblique strain for Angels RHP Matt Shoemaker, he says. Day to day.
  4. We might actually have a lineup that no one will complain about.
  5. It's too bad Scioscia moved him out of the 3 hole.
  6. Will Ferrell is supposedly a big Angels fan... BTW... Alyssa Milano is a Dodger fan.
  7. Eric Kay ‏@EKayAngels Albert Pujols has 32 go-ahead RBI in 2014...Club record is 34 by Vlad in 2006... #Angels @PujolsFive
  8. I'm going to be on pins and needles until we get the MRI results...
  9. Hollyw00d... you are so right. That is SO baseball... I love this game. Things like this happen all the time in this great game.
  10. Watching Weaver deal like he did Saturday night is one of my favorite things in baseball, without question. When he's got everything working - he's just flat out fun to watch. The fact that he no longer throws real hard makes it all the more enjoyable for me.
  11. The A's adjusting their rotation for the last series in Anaheim worked well for them.
  12. Howie "Two Times" Kendrick... ala Goodfellas.... for when he grounds into double plays.
  13. The only thing missing from that scene was A.J. Pierzynski - how perfect would it be if he was the Phillies catcher at the time. It's amazing to me that Joe West is still umpiring at the major league level... Papelbon is just a scum bag.
  14. Weaver, Shoemaker and Langston out of the radio booth. Like it or not... it's most likely going to include C.J. with the pen on high alert.
  15. The A's offense sleeps with the fishes
  16. What a great week to be at the stadium. Being there when they clinch is such a memorable experience. I'm just glad they will most likely get it done during this home stand. We're lucky that our team is in this position. I started to take them for granted for a while, but the last few years have changed all that. I can't imagine being a Cubs fan...
  17. I'm thinking 16-0. and then a 11-0 run in the post-season.
