    A lot can happen and probably will by the time Trout hits the FA market... but as of right now - it appears to me that the organization is very dysfunctional. The recent articles by Scott Miller and Jon Heyman were disconcerting. I want to hope for the best - but anything can happen.

    Actually, Keith Law thinks the Angels have the most depth at 2B of any team in the majors: http://insider.espn.go.com/blog/keith-law/post?id=1228 - subscription required. He also includes Taylor Lindsey in the discussion (with Kendrick and Green) and mentions that Jose Rondon could end up at 2B and that Alex Yarbrough could be a second-division starter.

    Maybe this is the deal that would have sent Howie to the Dodgers for Zach Lee? So... all of this is speculation, but if you are Dipoto and Arte is actually dictating the moves - would you resign and look for another opportunity or would you stick it out, thinking this is your one shot as a GM? It's an interesting dilemma because there have a been a few GM's who only got one shot.
