they try my patience, but i find myself liking several of their ideas. i wish they wouldn't always come off as such whack jobs. it might make it easier to unite the republicans if they looked more moderate.

Unfortunately, he has chosen to ignore us and help President Obama enact his liberal agenda." i'm not well versed in a lot of this, but i can't begin to think this statement is true in any way. boehner always seems to be the one holding up the process instead of trying to find common ground. i think he's been a horrible speaker and would love to see someone else replace him.

can a drunk person make that kind of responsible decision? i've never been drunk so i don't really know what drunk people are or are not capable of doing. in many ways it seems like it would be impossible for someone to be both drunk and responsible for their actions.

i think if a person is noticeably drunk, the bartender should bear some responsibility not to sell them more alcohol.

could a liquor store that sold them alcohol be held as liable as a bartender who still serves drinks?

i grew up in hawthorne. great place to live. centinela valley was usually used to describe inglewood and el segundo, but back in the 60s and 70s no one really called hawthorne part of the centinela valley.

USA wins gold in men's slopestyle and bronze in women's moguls. This morning they won bronze in team figure skating. The one to watch is a Russian figure skater who's only 15. She's pretty incredible. Tonight is the men's downhill, my favorite event. Hopefully the results weren't spoiled for you like they were for me. Abc news had it in their Facebook news feed without giving any spoiler alerts. Idiots.

i forget what happened, but joan rivers did something that pissed off nbc execs and they could never forgive & forget with her. they even stopped letting her be the guest host after a while. i'm glad she never got the gig. a little of her went a long, LONG way.

i like seth meyers, but i don't see him being a typical talk show host. i don't think i've ever seen him do any stand-up routines, and that seems to be a necessity for the job.
