i agree. i think there is a lack of appreciation for all the crap police officers have to go through. most can handle it, some can't. you only hope that those who can't handle it are picked from the herd before a tragedy happens.

i have no problem with the salary firefighters make. i think they more than earn their keep, especially in the brutally hot months where the fire bugs are setting all kinds of fires that these guys are obligated to contain for our safety. where there is abuse in any system, it should be fixed, and that goes for both firefighters and accountants.

i try to watch every episode. sampson was pushed into being leader of his tribe, and the guy he exiled led the campaign to kick him off the island. that's what david gets for wearing a brooks brothers blazer on a deserted island.

good win last night. a couple of garbage goals, but they count just as much as a slapper from the blue line. sure was nice to see them fight to score. dustin brown has only 1 point on the road this year (unless he had an assist last night - haven't seen a box score yet). he has GOT to wake up offensively.

it's an interesting debate. while it's generally okay to allow opposing viewpoints to your own in this country, i'm not sure how well the first amendment translates into publishing offensive things in other countries. any ideas?

while i like his self-deprecating humor, i can see how it's annoying to others in an interview. he has his quirks, but i'd watch him in a heartbeat over guys like fallon and letterman.

you have to respect the guy's determination to have fresh food. i'm guessing he probably has a garbage disposal in his shower, like kramer. the nike story is one of my favorites from aw, hands down. i'm sorry to hear it's no longer in play.

11 isn't difficult. 13 has high risk high reward, but is a reachable par 5. 12 is the real killer of the three because it's a very narrow green (though plenty wide).
