that's because most of us had no idea what S/B meant. now that we know what it means, it still isn't a good idea.

Kings played poor positionally in the first two periods. those goals at the end of the first just never should have happened. not quick's fault - the defense was really out of position on both of them. outnumbered attacks have to come to an end. the third period was played very well, but i also think san jose eased up a bit with a five goal lead. the third period was a solid period for our boys. hopefully they learned some thing that will help them the rest of the series.

we've pretty much given up on trying to buy because we can't come up with enough money for a down payment. plus, prices in glendale are insane. we're okay, though i wish in our younger days we would have tried harder to save enough for a down payment.

my 14 yr old thinks starbucks is something she should be able to get for breakfast all the time. my wife takes her maybe once a month, at most, and she gets some chocolate drink without coffee. discovered a couple of our 8th graders here bring starbucks with them most every morning and keep it in their locker during the day, then drink it between class periods. heard many years ago that there were studies showing drinking lots of caffeine at a young age affects your growth. gonna go look and see if i can find any articles about it.
