i don't disagree with you, but for me it seems like the most important component of the story is missing, and that was the brody story line. i'm not sure carrie's antics and dealings are enough for me right now, though i'm willing to see it to it's conclusion this season.
the ambassador's husband is a good plot twist.
norm was a very funny guy. didn't he lose like a ton of weight during his standup days, or am i thinking of someone else?
i thought he was perfect as the news anchor on SNL. glen and i both greatly appreciate his long running jokes about how germans love david hasslehoff, frank stallone, and better than ezra.
i posted this story because it's in the news cycle today. she has embarked on something new that's very worthwhile, and i hope it works well for her and has a positive impact. but she kind of shoots herself in the foot when she again brings up her adulterous affair with the POTUS as if she is an innocent bystander. i didn't post any of this to be lurid in a "hey, we haven't talked about monica in xxx months. here's some gossip!" kind of way.
um, excuse me, but there's just no way the russians would be involved in anything shady like, for instance, having a snowplow drive on an active runway at an airport.
"Lewinsky, now 41, said she was "the first person to have their reputation completely destroyed worldwide via the Internet.â€
she says this as if she was some kind of innocent victim. that bothers me.
"if you love Jesus, hit share. if you don't, just keep scrolling." these are scare tactics designed to attack 10 year olds. you see the same thing with puppies, sunsets, and whether your brother is awesome.
i hope none of you will take your kids with you to see the foo fighters. that just leads to your kids thinking they have a life of privilege and you just help feed the myth to them that they should enjoy things like this. what a waste of time and money and america.

i saw kevin pollack at the ice house in pasadena. funny stuff. but yeah, once his acting career took off, his comedy stuff really took a dive.
going really old school, i think bob hope deserves a mention here. milton berle probably does, too.
i really haven't got a clue where the show is headed now without the main story line of brodie being brodie. it's well acted but it isn't really capturing me yet. where is it all headed? i don't think carrie's story line is compelling enough on it's own without brodie being there.
this $15 minimum wage parade is another thing that pisses me off. have these advocates got any idea what that's going to do to prices at places that hire minimum wage workers? imagine the price of your next happy meal for little leroy jumping from $3 to $7.50 so that people who haven't developed a usable skill will continue to try and make a career out of serving fries with your burger, a job that was never intended to support a family.
