    my impression was that that 4 bil was taken off the original 13 bil, reducing their fine down to 9 bil. regardless, a lot of the issues were beyond my general knowledge. understanding high finance is not my thing.

    i would require they have the breathalyzer device installed in their car in order to start it. losing their license won't prevent them from driving; not being able to start their car will.

    a fine seems appropriate. it's not like he looked at someone in the stands and started unloading on them. of course, this all presumes that stickboy wasn't behind the ropes egging him on.
