I use Firefox for our online grade book at school - we have to as that's the recommended browser by the company. Outside of that I don't use Firefox for anything else. I still use safari for everything else. I have no complaints.

Great finish to the cotton bowl. On the blocked field goal there was a crushing block thrown on one of the Baylor guys. The announcers never mentioned it, but it was a beauty.

I get you, Gavin. I like the camera because it gets you closer to the action. The ice is too far away from the camera otherwise, and you'd miss seeing the puck a whole lot more with the stationary camera.

doc took me off soda at the end of july with my first kidney stone. been a good boy and stayed away from it. he told me one soda wouldn't hurt me every once in a while, so last night i had a glass of ginger ale. couldn't even finish it, and feel good about that. i really don't miss soda at all. more good news as i took my suit pants into men's wearhouse for alterations. taking in (woo hoo!!!!) my pants about 3 inches.

crystal clear blue skies this morning. gave me a really nice view of the B2 Bomber flying over my house on the way to the rose parade.

anyone watching? caps vs. blackhawks in washington, d.c. at nationals stadium. both teams entered from centerfield through a replica of the u.s. capitol building and skated down to the rink (as opposed to walking). kind of a nice touch. good game so far. because of the glare from the sunshine, they stopped the first period at the ten minute mark and switched ends of the ice. interesting idea. caps uniforms looks good, hawks weren't terrible creative with theirs.

i've really enjoyed this decade of raiders crapyness. i hope it continues for another few centuries.
