i don't have a link, but abc evening news reported yesterday that twitter has canceled the accounts of some 2000 ISIS members. said it was being used to recruit new members and send out lots of things they couldn't tolerate. good for twitter.

The first few months are always tough because the fields are always so wide open. Two weeks in a row now the 279th ranked player in the world has won. This week the playoff involved a 21 yr old in only his 12th career start. Hard to pick with these kinds of oddities.

wow, they look like absolute crap yesterday. disorganized, sloppy in their own end, turnovers all over the place, passes to the wrong side of the stick - just a complete crapfest yesterday. i don't know who those guys were that recently won 8 in a row, but i wish they'd come back.

took my daughter and a friend last week. they did both parks, but my daughter only had a ticket for one park. to purchase the park hopper addition was another $54. bastards.

my wife and i are fans of "madam secretary" and were very glad to see it back on the air last night. the supporting cast is good, and tea leone is very credible as the secretary.

i made it all the way through "the world's last man", and i have no regrets. it wasn't hilarious, but it was kind of fun watching him roam around everywhere he wanted and not worry about obeying things like traffic laws or taking stuff he wanted from stores. i also like that he stopped at a lot of museums and took famous paintings to put in his house. * * * SPOILER ALERT * * * the chick is kind of neurotic in a way that may serve as a good foil to him.

i like delis, but it's hard to get a quality cheese sandwich at most of them. i wish more delis would carry smoked gouda and smoked swiss. the toppings are fine, but the cheese and the quality of the bread make a world of difference.

the panda inn restaurant in glendale closed. not sure if it was just ours or if others were affected. doesn't seem to have affected panda inn express.
