two thoughts about this: because personal emails are not secure, they could rather easily be intercepted by a third party, and that raises security concerns. the other thought is that because they're personal, she or her aides can delete them, and that's no different than shredding documents.
i'd like to hope this will bring her down, but the media loves the idea of her running for president, so i doubt much becomes of it. but yeah, it's just another log on her fire of secrecy.
