    wha?? fresh squeezed (like a few other things in life *wink wink*) is one of the best drinks out there. the canned stuff is not an accurate representation of the deliciousness that is homemade lemonade. or should i assume the pastrami sandwich i had on my air canada flight is really what all pastrami tastes like?

    the halos could probably play their home games at el camino college. i imagine the radioactivity would be gone about the same time it would take to build a new ballpark. just say the word and my people will call their people about setting this up. i'll probably have to have lunch with them to get this done.

    i applaud the mom who smacked her kid for doing stupid things, and i really appreciate the older vietnam vet who stood in the street yelling at the kids to go home. there need to be more people standing up like this, which is admittedly a very difficult thing to do.

    i think emotional maturity is going to be one of his biggest obstacles regardless of his talent. this guy has baggage, and you have to wonder who he's going to surround himself with as a professional.

    those little boxes of arm & hammer are pretty cheap. you could make it rain in left field with 2 or 3 of those.

    right on the button. petros blows and sucks. his yelling and constant interrupting make him unlistenable. plus, he always sounds like he has a bunch of mucus stuck in his throat and needs to clear it with a good cough.

    i don't have much of an issue with what he said, but i agree with chuck that that isn't the sort of thing you want on your website's blog. it reflects poorly on the entire website. if i didn't feel so indifferent towards hamilton, i might be more upset about the blog.

    i'm always troubled by protests that turn into destruction of neighborhoods and property. it's hard to see any logic or reason to it. otoh, if their anger is against the police, you don't want a situation where citizens engage in all-out combat against law enforcement. it'd literally be war. so what's the happy medium in these cases? how do you get your voice heard and support for your cause in these situations?

    My goodness, Mason & Ireland are as ignorant about most sports as two people can possibly be. It's a miracle that they're still on the air. They'd be far better off (as would we) if they did a basketball only show. I can't listen to anyone that's currently on the air in the afternoons. Not a single one of them.
