overall, this was a good format even though it wasn't any shorter in time to watch. i liked the brackets idea and hope they'll continue using that. each match was very competitive and held my attention to the end. it was awesome that a few of the matches went down to the very last pitch. i thought they could have done a better job of explaining the bonus time at the beginning. they just seemed to gloss right past it. once again, chris berman ruined the commentary. whoever negotiated his contract that keeps putting him on the HR derby call every year was an absolute genius.

i'm aware that it's on, but i haven't watched a single mile of it yet. probably not going to, either, unless the american is in serious contention towards the end. greg lamond was a compelling story because of his recovery from a gunshot wound. lance armstrong because he was missing one of his nads. does this american have any kind of compelling story, AO?

i was hopeful that our system would allow us a fresh ten starts with each season of the tour (ten in spring, ten in summer, etc.). very disappointed last year to find out that wasn't the case. it's made me budget my players a lot differently this year, with an eye towards the tour championship.

mega decks on HGTV = B beautiful work on a massive scale. some one episode recently where this family dropped $600K on a massive second story deck. it was insane. and stop judging me for watching HGTV. it's summer break.

buddy of mine was teaching high school in washington. some girl accused him of being inappropriate with her. he was put on administrative leave. the investigation proved nothing, and finally after several months, the girl recanted. but by then it was too late, the damage had been done to his reputation and he couldn't get another teaching job.
