    99 in glendale with 28% humidity. the air con in my room becomes terribly inefficient when the outside temp is above 93 or so, so my room is really humid and smelly after having 56 sweaty, hormonal 7th graders every afternoon. when boys don't wear deodorant, holy mackeral, it's just awful.

    when we switched to U-verse, we ditched our landline and haven't missed it at all. but we're also paying more for just cable and internet. i need to call AT&T.

    we had charter cable in glendale. the service blew goats. the internet was okay but slow, though that might have been from not having a faster ($) speed. i didn't like dealing with them and was happy to ditch them for U-verse.

    fortunately, all memes are 100% accurate, free of errors or bias.

    on the mike and mike show interview he did yesterday, goodell sounds like he's open to having some kind of discipline committee decide the punishment on these cases. if nothing else, this article seems to indict him for being real quick to pull the trigger on any discipline he hands out, and that it has created a fair amount of criticism/controversy for the commish.

    sounds to me like the DA wants to make sure charges are warranted and they can make them stick. okay, that's a real captain obvious statement, isn't it? oh well.
