Prior to this season only Troy Glaus had ever hit 40 homers in a season, something he did twice. This is the first time two Halos have hit 40 homers, and it's also the first time someone not named Glaus has reached that milestone for the Angels.
They showed the new arena on the Kings broadcast last night. Looks like it'll be a good venue. Said they plan to be finished in April, which got a smirk from our announcers.

it's kind of silly and foolish to try and nail it down to just one simple thing. baseball doesn't work like that.
i think the hill is too steep to climb, and too many other things not in their control have to happen.
i'll be pleasantly surprised if they get in. will keep some hope alive until things are settled.
