    prosecutor back home said they're looking to move him from the juvenile system to the adult system for his parole violation. not sure exactly how she worded it but essentially the adult court would no longer consider his plea of "in the best interests of the child" after this stunt, and that he could be looking at up to ten years in jail per death in his drunk driving conviction. hope i'm wording all of that correctly.

    this season of homeland started slowly but ended well. the story line about allison being a traitor helped rescue it.

    i've taught around 7500 students and knew about 1500 people in college. i know a lot of people and have had good relationships with most of them. i think i know 8 people outside of my educational relationships.

    i was always partial to kenwood. good equipment and fair prices. harmon-kardon was always above my pay grade, but their reputation was excellent. i miss having my stereo set up in my house. don't have room for it, and with the proliferation of music on iPads and iPhones, we haven't found much need for a home stereo, sadly. good luck with whatever you choose. it'll make watching all those disney shows just a little bit better.

    i have 1100 friends on FB and i have no idea about their political beliefs. occasionally i'll get a pro-hilary thing in my news feed but i've definitely seen more pro-bernie posts. far more republican/anti-obama posts, but i wouldn't want to try and put a percentage on any of it.

    saw on espn that the last team to go 1-5 to start the season and then make the playoffs was a paul brown coached cincinnati team back in 1970. that's pretty good company to keep.
