    first time seeing 3-on-3 in OT. i liked how much room they had to skate, but was kind of surprised they didn't shoot more. the shootout was terrific. both goalies were amazing. the blues don't suffer anything at all by having elliot in net.

    AO, it looked like he just shanked it, a dead pull hook. the holder didn't get the laces turned away, so the kicker struck them. i don't know how much of a difference that actually makes, and it certainly doesn't seem like it would make much of a dif on a 27 harder, but that's probably all you're going to hear. saw the kicker afterwards telling the press it was all on him for blowing it.
