I'm headed on a cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel in June. Looking forward to some snorkeling.

Cut the hot dogs into one inch lengths and wrap them with bacon, enough to cover. Secure them with a toothpick so the bacon stays attached. Melt butter and brown sugar together. Arrange bacon-wrapped hot dogs in a 9x12/14 baking dish and cover with the melted brown sugar & butter. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. Serve while warm.
