the legal guy on GMA was saying brown could choose to not do anything and after a certain amount of time, it automatically is approved. that way she can be freed and it wasn't because he approved it. i don't think she'd be a threat to anyone anymore, not at 66. sounds like she's done all the things she should have done and got her act together. 45 + years in prison . . . i think, unless i hear something really damning, that i'd be okay with her being released at this point.

i think it's completely reasonable that there is info that hasn't been released to the public, mostly national security type things. But i also think this story is pretty much WYSIWYG. i think the truthers won't ever accept the general explanation of things because their view is jaded by the firm conviction that our gov't consistently hides the truth from us (like the JFK and RFK assassinations, WMDs in Iraq, etc.).

it shouldn't come as a surprise anymore to any of us. look at how supportive hilary's supporters are inspite of all the things associated with her. same thing with bill, too. didn't matter how many chicks he nailed, his supporters couldn't care less.

And you're young and idealistic, just as we were (in varying degrees). Nothing wrong with that. What you lack is real world/life experience, something all of us have. You'll understand better once you're out on your own and working hard to earn your pay, and some politician comes along who wants to take more and more of your cash while making grand promises of how his plan will fix a lot of life's inequities (which it won't).
