    ^^^^^ this reminds me of the video for "Take on Me" back in the 80s by one-hit wonder A-Ha. in fact, there was a movie preview some time back about an australian kid who wrote all the doodles that became the animation for the music video. the movie was title "Take on Me" but i never saw it released in the theater or on video.

    same here. never understood the attention it received. i feel the same way about the star wars movies, though i found them to be more interesting movies.

    my best friend committed suicide seven years ago. when his wife and family started going through his stuff, they found over 100 screwdrivers he had bought, accumulated, or stolen.

    catching hell was on this morning. watched most of it and taped the rest. really interesting. i wonder if bartman changed his name (haven't finished watching it yet so don't know if this was covered in the film).

    honest question . . . on a day like yesterday, where a non-favorite won, who made money on this? i'm sure the track made a boatload, but i'm guessing some adventurous betters cashed in big, also.

    i've been in the same classroom at school since 1995. i do not look forward to the day when it's time to pack up everything. i know i'm going to find several things that i put 'in a safe place for later' that forgot about. hoping to go through some of it this summer and start thinning the heard a bit.

    so when people cite how this new health care plan gives a "tax break" to the rich, this is what they mean? stupid. it's a shame that as a country the current trend is to want the wealthy to pay more taxes instead of wanting our gov't to spend our money more responsibly.
