tonight begins my daughters' graduation weekend. we have consecration tonight and commencement sunday morning. hard to believe my daughter is about to become a college student.
nope. never believed it from the get-go, either.
one thing that bothers me is that from the 6th floor, the bullet would have gone through his head from right ear to left eyeball. but the fatal head shot entered middle of his head and exited through the front right. i don't see how that's physically possible from the 6th floor.
i think there were at least 2 shooters.
i don't figure brown's career as a king will last much longer. all i hope is that they get something useable for him.
it's a shame, really, that his scoring has dropped off so much. he'll always hold a special place in team history as the first LA King to hold the Cup.
this isn't a london problem. it's a british problem. with the mayor jonesing for more money to the public, i'm sure he's hoping to get the average brit to put pressure on parliament to fund efforts to track these threats, something they should be doing anyway given how many of them (and how frequently) have happened.
not an analogy i wish to make.
my point is that while the congressional dems are decrying the supposed wealth of the cons, they tend to ignore their own wealth, as if all dems are just hard-working blue-collar people, including the ones in congress.
