    i'm guessing this was an opportune time to get out of dodge. he's had nothing but crap to deal with since day one. i wonder how much he's had to defend things he philosophically disagreed with.

    Wondering why we don't just play EY Jr. while Maybin is out. If Robinson was called up in part to take advantage of medical care for his kid, that's noble. But it doesn't mean he has to play. I'd much rather see Young get at bats.

    Speaking of directv, our cats knocked the plug out last night. Plugged it back in this morning but have lost our widescreen picture. Anyone know how to fix this? 1. Getting rid of the cats - got it.

    Honestly, I'm surprised he lasted this long.

    One of his frequent courses to play was Hansen Dam, a course that I really like. Got to wondering if we were there on the same day and the starter threw us together, would I play with him? I think I probably would.

    LA Confidentail should have won best picture - it was a superior movie to Titanic except for the stunning visual fx of the ship sinking.

    nevada parole board agrees to release him. he'll transfer to some kind of half-way house (or whatever they're called) prior to his release, and will then be eligible to be released beginning october 1.
