You misinterpreted what I was saying, buddy. My point was that just as obama refused to call them radical muslims, so Trump has refused to call them white nationalists. I meant nothing else.. that these clowns in Virginia feel emboldened to do what we witnessed yesterday is a horrible problem nationally, and our POTUS needs to condemn and prosecute them as strongly as possible. He also needs to distance himself from them very quickly and very publicly.

Agreed. They have such very little exposure to the west or to the world (newspapers, internet, fair and balanced news) so they live off of what they're fed. It's similar to the dark ages when the church prohibited ownership of bibles. When Martin Luther found one in his university library, he couldn't stop reading it, and suddenly all of the things the priests had been telling congregants about the Bible and God were revealed to be riddled with error, and the Reformation began. Muslims are fed the worst about us, and it fuels the hatred and fear the extremists and uneducated have toward us.

Watched two more movies on the flight home today. Life - B+ solid alien-in-space movie. Nice surprise ending. Guardians of the Galaxy - C I was bored in several places. I also fell asleep during part. If they discussed why the little kid was abducted at the beginning or how he acquired the all-powerful orb, I missed it. I liked Groot more than I thought I would, but the dialogue was corny, and not in a fun way. Could have watched the sequel but didn't have enough time. started watching Fist Fight, about the two teachers that meet after school (one of my former students is in it, the 7 foot black guy from Sons of Anarchy). What a crapfest. Glad I didn't spend any money to see it. Bailed after ten minutes, which was about eight minutes longer than the movie deserved.
