we made this chili this afternoon. wife used gardein brand soy meat and we substituted acorn squash for pumpkin. it tastes pretty good although there's a bit of a beer aftertaste. we'll see how well it reheats tomorrow for lunch.

adding coconut, oatmeal and pecans/walnuts to a choc. chip cookie improves it by a significant amount.

bourjous is not high on my list because he doesn't know how to use his speed as a hitter. he has some power, but doesn't bunt. this kid should have 30 infield hits every season. i'd sign him mostly if all other options run out and he's still available to fill a need on our roster.
