    death toll now at 15 with 50 still missing and some 300 trapped in their homes. they found a 14 year old girl in the mud and saved her. both of her parents died, however. they also found an infant that survived. no sign of the parents surviving.

    BART is easy and cheap, but expect to find a few drunks on it. my mom went to an A's game after dropping me off for my freshman year in college (we had a neighborhood friend of ours playing for the white sox that night). she bought a ticket half an hour before the game and sat in the third row by the dugout. that was in 1978, and things have not changed since then.

    That just makes it even tougher. So sorry all of you have to go through this. Just got off the phone with my dad. He fell and broke his right hip (he broke the left one last year). Being admitted to the VA and going to have surgery in the next day or two.
