our school started getting hit with it the last couple of weeks. hit a couple of teachers and several kids. still hanging around but the sick are fewer in number this week. of course, none of this prevented parents from sending their feverish kids to school anyway. smh.

one of my issues with the enormous size of this contract is that there's a lack of history for this QB to have earned this. no doubt he's good, but his history of success is pretty darn small. if he plays well enough to make this contract look like a bargain, good for him.

i read the initial article, and it was essentially a bunch of tweets focused on the "oh, poor guy!" reaction from the readers. it provided no other details, though it certainly should have. i also read your article, which provided much greater detail. sounds like the guy has a case to make, but i still didn't see much of an emphasis on him trying to gain citizenship during his time here. maybe i'm missing something but it looked like most of his efforts were simply to just remain here with one failed attempt at getting a green card.
