    watched the premier of "Manifest" last night on NBC. This is the story of a group of people on a flight that disappeared for 5.5 years that just suddenly showed up, only the people on board the plane had no idea that kind/amount of time had passed - to them, it was just a regular flight. It was very interesting and I plan to keep watching this.

    besides what the others above have said, long beach is definitely closer in time and distance to disneyland. they'll easily save at least half an hour in travel time and sitting in traffic.

    1. the angels don't typically broadcast how they work or what they're working on. we know this from many, many years of front office silence. 2. reports from the media are often far from accurate.

    yeah, not really a fan of this idea. i've added the kings "station" to my favorites list as i had to create an account for this. added a few other music stations as well. we'll see . . .

    this is spot on the truth. if i heard hawk on a call, he was as irritating as it could be, and i couldn't wait to move past him.

    you're a smart guy and you know that it takes two to pull off a trade. there could be 10 reasons why the angels didn't get him. or 25. or 40. or 2. there's no basis for thinking the angels could have had him but chose not to.

    i never really expected it to be easy for him, but the league seems to have figured him out. i don't know if he's been making any adjustments - if so, they failed terribly. if not, then they need to try a different approach. what he's doing right now just isn't working.

    so after tiger putted out on 18 and got a few congrats, some chick gave him a big ol' hug and they kissed. assuming she's the new girlfriend but haven't heard. who is she?

    i drove past 5 or 6 on my way home from NorCal yesterday, and that was just the ones i could see from the freeway (for those of you in the frozen hinterland, that's what you would call a divided highway). i chose not to go to any of them. why? because i can. #poornate

    was driving back from NorCal after taking our daughter up for college and missed the tournament. have seen the pictures of the ridiculous crowds/hoards of people walking up 18 with him. my goodness, that was something to see. congrats, Tiger. well-earned and fun to watch. now go kick some european butt over in france.

    Let Ebel interview along with several others. Not a single one of us here knows how he would run things because that hasn’t been his responsibility. I don’t mind bringing in fresh blood.
