    My school is having a canned food drive for a local food bank so I bought a bunch of canned goods from Smart & Final. We're also doing a gift wrap fundraiser for class trips in the spring o I bought some flower bulbs from one of my home room students - we've been wanting to redo our front yard flower beds and this was affordable.

    Bean burrito. You can get it without cheese, replacing it with some kind of pico de gallo. i used to love getting the nachos bell grande, no meat, no sour cream. Wash it down with a nice cold Mountain Dew. Finish the meal with a caramel apple empanada and you're good to go. Not very vegan but worked well for a vegetarian option. There's also the tostada grande without beef and the Mexican pizza without beef. They also had regular tostadas.

    That's the only cox ad I've seen, and I've seen it only once. It's a good ad. They should be playing it repeatedly in the next 72 hours. The newsome ad has been the same one each time, showing a bus driving around. Talks about equality mostly.

    i support the death penalty. i think there are things that some people do that are so horrible that a civilized society can no longer keep them in it.

    i've seen the newsom ads at least twenty times. he probably isn't being more aggressive because cox isn't doing much to get his name out there or what he stands for. cox seems to be treating this as a lost cause and it's not worth much bother. that being said, i FINALLY saw an ad for him on tv last night, but it was after 11 so not even in prime time. this strategy is idiotic.

    at their last game, jones said good bye to his teammates and i believe to the fans as well. everything about his behavior said "adios." i don't think he wants to spend his remaining years going through another rebuild.
