I think it's how she's quickly building a resume of incompetence. I think she is used to getting attention because of her looks, and that likely was a factor in her getting elected (it's certainly not because her message is a game changer or because she has a history of exceptional leadership). She is also getting a lot of tv time, and while she's has a nice oprah kind of message (you get a car! You get a car! Everyone gets a car!), when she's pressed for details on how she'll pay for everything she's promising, she can't give them. This also includes saying inaccurate things or saying things inaccurately. If she's going to play in the big leagues then she better have something more than a loud voice and a pretty face.
