    Cowart gets called up and after one game people are ready to get rid of Escobar! I can appreciate the enthusiasm, but c'mon guys, it's just one game. It would be a real boon for the Angels if Cowart has finally figured it out but I'm not convinced just yet.

    @arch stanton you're right he showed little plate discipline the last time he got called up. Hopefully Cowart will fair better than his last time here because he didn't look like he belonged. Like others here I hope he succeeds but I have serious reservations about his ability to hit ML pitching. I'd love to be wrong. BTW..what's the over/under on Cowart making an error today?
